I had a delightful stay at the hotel, enjoying the unique access to the hot springs and the soothing ambiance they offer. The room was comfortable, but external noises did disrupt my sleep a bit. Although the breakfast was lackluster, the overall experience of relaxing by the hot springs, coupled with the variety of activities nearby, made it worthwhile. Be prepared for the sulfur scent in the town initially, but it fades quickly.
While this resort had a charming vibe with cozy rooms and a decent breakfast, the experience was marred by the hot springs, which were disappointing and unclean. The staff was professional, but overall, it didn't meet our expectations, particularly considering the high price point of $360 per night.
I was looking forward to my stay, especially with all the promises made about the amenities, but unfortunately, it didn't meet expectations. While the location near the hot springs was convenient, and the spacious rooms offered good comfort, the ongoing construction and limited facilities significantly impacted the experience. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, and the service during our visit seemed lacking with some inconsistencies. Overall, it has potential but needs some serious improvements.
The resort offers a delightful stay with its convenient access to the hot springs and a recent upgrade to the children's pool area. The staff was friendly and helpful, creating a warm atmosphere. However, the dining options could close early, which may disappoint some guests. The cleanliness of the rooms is commendable, but the dining experience could benefit from more variety.
I was really looking forward to this spa resort with access to hot springs, but it turned out to be more like a budget motel than a relaxing getaway. While the pools were enjoyable, the experience was somewhat marred by the confusing setup and several facilities being under construction. I did appreciate the clean rooms and the friendliness of the staff, but overall, the experience didn’t quite live up to the promises, leading to an early checkout.
